Please give me a real solution that works or maybe just fix your **** because this has been an issue for years for many people it seems like. I decided I was gonna do the xbox game pass so I could play with my buddy on xbox. I literally downloaded ARK on steam peaking at 85MB/s. I've seen posts several years back with this exact same kind of issue and I just do not understand how a company so large could provide such poor service. I've messed around with the Delivery Optimization's and while the info isn't as clear I've tried every option on there and I do not see any difference in when i reopen and start redownloading a game. Cant speak of Epic, but in my experience my 970 Pro will average 700-900 MB/s, peaking around 1500 MB/s on Steam when not limited by my 25 MB/s internet connection.
